Scientific Games has announced an agreement to acquire Sideplay Entertainment. Through this acquisition, the supplier aims to grow its digital portfolio of lottery content and expanding its share in lottery markets.
The addition of digital game content distribution technology (to Scientific Games’ existing digital tech stack) will also allow for increased speed-to-market, according to the organisation.
